Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Overview

This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling and refunds for bookings made through uc360solutions.com (the "Website"). "Client" refers to the person who booked services; "UC360 Solutions" or "Provider" refers to the company.

  1. How to Cancel: Clients may cancel via the Website, by phone, or by email. Provide the booking reference, client name and contact details when requesting cancellation.
  2. Refund Schedule:
    • More than 48 hours before the appointment: Full refund of prepaid amounts (transaction fees may be deducted).
    • 24–48 hours before the appointment: 50% refund of prepaid amounts.
    • Less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows: No refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  3. Rescheduling: Reschedule without charge if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. Requests within 24 hours may incur a fee or be treated as cancellation.
  4. Cancellations by UC360 Solutions: If we cancel due to staffing, safety, or operational reasons, we will offer an alternative appointment or a full refund for any prepaid amounts.
  5. Emergencies & Health Reasons: Emergency cancellations for medical or safety reasons will be handled case-by-case with priority given to client welfare. Refunds or credits may be offered as appropriate.
  6. No-shows & Late Arrival: Providers may wait up to 15 minutes. A no-show is treated as a cancellation under the "Less than 24 hours" rule unless other arrangements are made.
  7. Third-party Bookings: Bookings made via partners may be subject to the partner's cancellation terms in addition to this policy.
  8. Refund Processing: Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and typically takes 7–14 business days.
  9. Changes to Bookings: Minor changes (contact details, address) more than 24 hours before the appointment are usually accepted without charge. Major changes may require cancellation and rebooking.
  10. Exceptions & Promotions: Special offers or promotional bookings may have different cancellation terms which will be communicated at booking.

  12. Policy Updates: We may update this policy; the effective date will be posted on the Website. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
  13. Governing Law & Privacy: This policy is governed by the laws of India. Personal information provided for cancellations or refunds is handled according to our Privacy Policy and used only to process requests and related communications.
